Massaged Kale Salad
Massaging the Tuscan kale in this simple healthy salad gives it a pleasant soft texture. Toasted pumpkin seeds add a touch of crunch.

Ingredients
Big bunch of thinly sliced Tuscan kale
Dressing, even parts:
Fresh lemon juice (Meyer Lemons are great for this)
Sesame oil
Bragg® Liquid Aminos
Preparation
Mix dressing and "massage" dressing into kale for a few minutes (this makes it more tender)
Sprinkle with toasted pumpkin seeds
Make Ahead: This salad can be stored in a refrigerator for one day without wilting.
