Orange-Honey Sauce

This decadent Orange-Honey Sauce is the perfect topping to complement our Moroccan-Spiced Turkey. Add some new (and healthy!) flavor to your next Thanksgiving dinner.
Ingredients
4 cups Essencia (orange Muscat wine) or late-harvest Riesling
2 cups chopped shallots
2 cups orange juice
4 tablespoon honey
8 cups chicken stock or canned low-salt chicken broth
12 tablespoons chilled butter, divided into 3 pieces
Preparation
Whisk first 4 ingredients in heavy medium saucepan.
Simmer over medium heat until mixture is reduced to 4 cups.
Add stock and simmer until sauce is reduced to about 2 cups.
Whisk in butter 1 piece at a time, allowing each piece to melt before adding next.
Season with salt and pepper.
